Martin Riley Associates has a general architectural practice specializing in multi-family housing and historic reuse developments. For 24 years, Cook Design Studio, Inc. has designed custom homes throughout the Lowcountry, as well as Florida, New York and even Russia. CDS, Inc. was started in 1994 by Founder and Owner, Scott Cook. He has always been intrigued by Architecture and drafting.
