Bowen is renowned for its outdoor amenities and offers several pools within our waterfront village to serve both our rental communities and homeowners, respectively.

Rental home residents enjoy a large community pool and lazy river located at Channel Bowen. Poolside activities such as cornhole boards and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grills provide a comfortable environment for play both inside and outside of the water.

Founder’s Pool is an amenity available exclusively to Bowen property owners. This heated pool is equipped with comfortable outdoor lounge seating for residents to enjoy socializing and family-fun poolside.
