Land Clearing to Begin for The Greenway Residences

Bowen’s next residential phase of development will begin soon adjacent to The Estuary. We anticipate clearing the land in March to make way for The Greenway, a single-family residential district in Bowen. The Greenway will include lots for 12 single-family detached homes.
