Park Circle’s newest playground promotes inclusivity for all!

This past weekend, Park Circle held their official grand opening of their newest inclusive playground. Each area of the playground provides accessible equipment for children of all abilities. The addition of accessible swings for individuals in wheelchairs and stainless steel slides to limit the static disruption for those with cochlear implants are just two of the many ways Park Circle has made their neighborhood fun for all. Rubber surfacing has replaced sand and wood chips to allow for easy access for not only children, but parents and caretakers that may need extra help getting around. An article by The Post and Courier provides insight on how this new addition has positively impacted the North Charleston community. Bowen is located just ten minutes away from this playground, and we hope our residents take advantage of the wonderful accommodations this Park Circle playground has to offer!
